By accessing the Site, creating an account, submitting a form, booking a demo, registering for Services, using the Flag50 platform, or otherwise engaging with the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

You may not use the Services if you are under 18. If the Services are being used on behalf of a league, organization, school, team, or business, you represent and warrant that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted through the Site or Services is accurate, lawful, and authorized.

Flag50 provides software and related tools for flag football operations, which may include:

Real-time flag football live scoring

Referee-driven digital scorekeeping

League management tools

Game schedules, standings, and statistics

Tournament and bracket management tools

Fan, parent, player, team, league, and organizer experiences

Demo, onboarding, support, and service-related communications

We may modify, update, improve, suspend, or discontinue aspects of the Services from time to time. Material changes affecting active users may be communicated where reasonable.

4. Accounts, Access, and User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate account, league, team, player, schedule, and contact information when using the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that any data, scores, statistics, schedules, or other information you enter into the Services is accurate and that you have the right to submit or manage such information.

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe your use of the Services violates these Terms, creates risk to the platform, interferes with other users, or violates applicable law.

5. Scheduling, Demos, and Service Communications

Demos, onboarding calls, support calls, or other appointments may be scheduled through Company scheduling tools or by mutual agreement.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and attending scheduled calls or appointments on time.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled demo, onboarding session, or support appointment, you should notify us as soon as reasonably possible.

6. Fees, Billing, Payments, and Refunds

Fees, if applicable, are disclosed at the time of purchase, subscription, enrollment, order, or agreement.

Payment terms, subscription terms, billing frequency, taxes, refunds, cancellations, and renewal terms will be governed by the applicable order form, checkout page, subscription terms, invoice, written agreement, or other payment terms presented at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all fees are quoted in U.S. dollars.

Late, failed, reversed, or disputed payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services.

We do not include any specific payment processor terms in these Terms unless separately displayed during checkout, purchase, or subscription.

7. Cancellations and Service Changes

We do not guarantee any specific business, revenue, participation, league growth, user engagement, tournament, sponsorship, or operational outcome.

Testimonials, examples, case studies, or marketing statements are illustrative only and do not represent guaranteed results.

9. Technology and Platform Disclaimer

The Services depend on internet connectivity, mobile devices, browsers, app stores, third-party platforms, hosting providers, and other technology outside our full control.

We are not responsible for interruptions, delays, data issues, device problems, app store issues, network failures, carrier problems, third-party outages, or other technical issues not reasonably within our control.

We may update, maintain, or temporarily suspend parts of the Services as needed.

10. Acceptable Use of the Site and Services

You agree not to:

All Site content, software, platform features, designs, trademarks, logos, technology, workflows, graphics, text, video content, app content, scoring tools, league management tools, and related materials are owned by Stact Inc DBA Flag50 or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services only as permitted by these Terms and any applicable subscription, order, or written agreement.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Services without prior written consent.

12. User Content and League Data

You may submit or manage information through the Services, including league, team, player, schedule, score, standings, statistics, or related operational data (“User Content”).

You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit and manage such User Content.

You retain ownership of User Content you provide. However, you grant us a limited license to host, process, display, transmit, and use User Content as necessary to provide, maintain, improve, and support the Services.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authorization of User Content submitted through your account or organization.

13. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

By using the Site or Services, you acknowledge that we may collect and process information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages. Message delivery depends on your mobile provider, device settings, and network availability.

Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations incurred before termination.
